Luci does the jobs of both, a script writer as well as a voice actor, at FUNimation Entertainment, Seraphim Digital and at A. D. Vision Films.
She also works under the name Tabitha Hickey.
Almost all of her works as a voice actress are in the dubbing of Japanese anime series, to English language. Most of the characters that she voices are young girls, who are characterized by their dynamic traits.
The most popular among her works are the voicing of characters like Lenalee Lee in the series D. Gray-man, Mitsukuni Honey Haninozuka in the series Ouran High School Club and Temma Tsukamoto in the series School Rumble.
Luci also penned down scripts for series such as Ghost Hunt, Madlax and D. Gray-man.

Luci provides the voice for the character of ‘Cat Burglar’ Nami in One Piece.
Nami is a weather forecaster of sorts, and is also a pro at stealing things from people’s pockets, without their taking notice of her activity.
The series shows her as a girl, just out of her teenage, who does the task of aiding the navigation for the crew ‘Straw Hat Pirates’.
Nami is seen as a person, who strongly aspires to be able to create a world map one day.
She is also seen using an apparatus called Clima-Takt, to take control of the weather conditions. Clima-Takt was given to her by Usopp, who later topped up the apparatus with dials to enhance its operation.
Nami is one character, which, in addition to being a part of the adventure that the crew gets into, also has an emotional past attached to her.
